    2. Worker Capacity Booster

      Changes the calculation for commercial and industrial employment. Worker count is higher at lower levels but leaves a level 5 building to be the same. Offices however, also get a multiplier boost for taller buildings by a power of 1.4 The larger difference is for office buildings which have much improved capacities vs vanilla. Be prepared to funnel traffic towards smaller office regions.
      Instructions
      No setting available, although that is something that can be added in the future.
      Safe to activate for existing cities
      Existing building capacities are not affected. Only buildings that start their construction while the mod is active has their capacity changed.
      Safe to remove at any time
      This mod is not required to load any saves made with it. Saves made with this mod will work perfectly fine without it (workplace calculations have already been stored in the building data on creation). Future buildings will revert to the original calculation.

      This is a mod that provides several collections of icons matching the game's UI style for modders to use in their mods. This means that modders don't have to waste time finding or re-creating icons, or manually loading them into the game's UI.
      This doesn't do anything unless you have a mod that uses it, in which case it's required.
      Planned future functionality includes seamless UI style changing.

      The Latest Update
      Configurable land value cap and rent cap. Add switches for the mod's three major function. Function
      Set a global and configurable upper bound for land value. Land value of the city will stop rising when hitting this limit. This function can be turned off via a configuration entry. Set a configurable upper bound for rent. The per-family rent cap of residential properties and per-building rent cap of non-residential ones are separately configurable. This function can be turned off via a configuration entry. Building upgrading is now faster. This function can be turned off via a configuration entry. The upkeep of a building now has no negative impact on its level-up progress. Maxrent, instead of rent, now contributes to the building's level-up progress. According to the underlying game mechanism, only the rent pushes a building's level-up progress, and the building upkeep and its garbage processing fee blocks it. If you set the land value cap or the rent cap to very low value, it is strongly recommended to turn this function on, or the building's level-up progress will instantly drop to a negative value and you will find those buildings being quickly abandoned by your citizens. Configuring the Setting
      First launch the game with this mod loaded, and close the game (to generate the configuration file). Open the configuration file (..\Cities Skylines II\BepInEx\config\LandValueCap.cfg), modify each configuration entries and save the file. Now launch the game again with this mod loaded and enjoy it!       This mod is the successor of the CS1 homonimous mod. It allows changing vanilla methods of name generation to custom name sets.
      You can find several name files at Addresses Files repository at GitHub. These files will work for both CS1 and CS2 versions of this mod.
      NOTICE: Surname files are not compatible with the CS2 version. To make them compatible, open the file and remove all text like {0} from the file.

      This is successor from both Transport Lines Manager (TLM) and Improved Transport Manager (ITM) from CS1 by klyte45.
      The overall idea is bring some tools to better manage and visualize the public transport of the city.

    11. ExtraUIScreens

      This mod is designed to allow other mod information to be displayed using any screen currently available in the PC. It also allows the creation of new overlays on the game screen, either integrated with the game or as a new separate layer (since it is an extra screen).

      Modders can use this mod to create complex UIs such as report tables, map drawings, or advanced mod settings.

      This mod is just a platform for other mods and by itself does almost nothing in the game.
      BepInEx 5 only.
       
      For modders
      Check out the basic react project on his GitHub for instructions on how to create a new front-end application in EUIS.

      A basic project will be provided soon for creating mods windows on the original UI, maintaining interactivity with the original UI.

      Additionally, there is a way to add simple buttons to toggle tools in the vanilla UI in the dock group, just like the Unified UI (UUI) in CS1. The mod window on the vanilla UI explained above will also generate a button there.

      Since this is a very complex mod, it may cause issues in the game due to its early stages. However, due to the nature of this mod, it is unlikely to break after game updates - but be aware of mods that may use this mod as a UI platform, as they may be sensitive to game updates.
       
      Known bugs
      Despite selecting this option in the game settings, the game will always launch at the monitor's current resolution. If you use a different resolution in your game, you'll need to reset it every game session. When the screen is enabled, the game should be restarted, otherwise the main game interface will not accept input.

      Mod Description
      Function
      In CS2, the likelihood of spawning a storage company in the industrial zone is determined by the city's overall storage demand, which is linear to the throughput of all resources and visible products. As the city's industry thrives, throughput of individual resources (or visible products) can easily reach thousands if not tens of thousands. In this case, newly-built industrial zones would always be completely occupied by storage companies, which is ridiculous in terms of both city simulation and gameplaying. This mod modifies how storage demand affects the spawning probabilities of storage companies by performing a log transformation on the storage demand before it affects game simulation. The transformation is mathmatically formalized as: StorageDemand = log2(StorageDemandFactor * StorageDemand + 1) / StorageDemandFactor. StorageDemandFactor is configurable. The larger this factor is, the less likely storage companies appear in industrial zones. Effect
      Test environment: a city with an average resource/visible product throughput of thousands, with 10 newly-planned 6*6 industrial regions very close to outside connections. Without this mod, 8 out of 10 regions are occupied by storage companies. With the mod enabled and StorageDemandFactor set to 1, 4 out of 10 are storage companies.       Mod Description
      This is the upgrade version of the mod Safer Vehicle Pathfind. If you upgrade from the it, please delete both the dll file and the configuration file of the old version.
      Function
      Configurable path-finding cost of unsafe behaviors (violating intersection rules and making unsafe u-turns) for vehicles. Higher cost restricts vehicles from making these moves. Configurable path-finding cost of lane changing for vehicles. Higher cost makes vehicles less likely to change lanes during running. Configurable path-finding cost of simply driving for vehicles. Higher cost effectively reduces the usage of vehicles for citizens (cargo and service vehicles are not affected). All these function can be turned off.

      Validating the effect
      Unsafe behavior restrictions: no vehicles ever violates intersection rules after setting the cost to 2,147,483,647. Lane changing restrictions: no significant effect observed, need more experiments. Driving restrictions: after setting driving cost from the default 0.01 to 1, the average traffic flow of the city dropped by ~30% (tested in a super-dense city with a population over 70,000).

      Prohibiting vehicles from occasionally violating intersection rules or making unsafe u-turns, as an effect of setting the path-finding cost of these behaviors to a very large value. This mod is very similar to the mod BetterPedestrianPathfind in terms of underlying implementation. Installation

      Validating the Effect
      The player made an isolated block with only one single outgoing connection with the city's major highway network. This outgoing connection is a puzzle made of one-direction 4-lane highway with a bypassing shortcut.  The player set the intersection rules for both the entrance and the exit of the shortcut so that  vehicles are prohibited from entering this shortage. The puzzle looks like this:


        However, in the original game, a significant proportion of vehicles would find it extremely time-saving to violate the intersection rules and decide to utilize this shortcut against the player's will. After running the original game for 24 in-game hours, the traffic flow of the shortcut is measured:


      Now we launch the game with this mod enabled and repeat the above experiment, it is evident that no vehicle dare to enter the shortcut anymore:

    20. Better Pedestrian Pathfind

      Enhances pedestrian pathfinding to reduce instances of crossing at "unsafe" zones, such as areas lacking a crosswalk, prompting them to cross to the opposite side or opt for nearby bridges. (Compatible with version 1.0.14f1)
      Disclaimer: These modifications are experimental and while typically small in scale may lead to increased game crashes or potential corruption of save files.

      Installation:
      Install BepInEx (5/6)
      Download BepInEx and unzip all contents into the game's installation directory, typically C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Cities Skylines II
      The installation directory should now include the BepInEx folder, doorstop_config.ini, winhttp.dll
      Download the DLL files and place them in the Cities Skylines II/BepInEx/plugins folder
      Launch the game, mods should be loaded automatically.

    21. Cim Behavior Improvements

      Cim Behavior Improvement is a Cities Skylines 2 mod aimed at enhancing the AI behavior of Cims, making their choices more realistic to simulate human-like behavior. The primary aim is to minimize residential high rent warnings in the city, stemming from Cims living in unrealistic conditions that are beyond the player's control.
      The mod enhances Cim behavior in Cities Skylines 2 with the following changes:
      School Application Adjustments:
      Adults with children now have a reduced chance of applying to school, divided by four. Childbirth Probability Changes:
      Older Cims (63 days or more) have a lower chance of having children, divided by four to prevent seniors from having young kids. If a Cim's partner is older than 63 days, the usual birth chance boost is removed. Students and larger households (4 or more members) also have reduced chances of having children, both divided by four. Student Stipend:
      Students now receive a $1,000/month housing stipend instead of the default unemployment benefit, aiding their survival. High Rent Warning Suppression:
      Households with savings exceeding $1,000 won't trigger high rent warnings, allowing them time to recover. Compatibility:

      Important
      The changes this mod makes take a significant amount of time to affect an existing city. It may take many, MANY hours of gameplay before you notice any reduction in high rent warnings in a city that was built prior to installing this mod. It is recommended that you start a new city to realize the most benefit in the shortest time possible.

      Note
      This mod is not intended to reduce the number of seniors with teenage children. Adults only have 63 days before they age up to seniors. Children become teens after 21 days of age, and teens age up to adulthood after 36 days. Normally, adults have 63 days to have children. This mod reduces that window to 42 days, and changing it to avoid seniors with teenage children would mean reducing the window even further to 27 days. I fear that this would destroy the birth rate in cities, so I tried to strike a balance between realism and not significantly affecting the birth rate. Future updates to the mod will allow players to tweak these values if they wish.
