How to enable Resource Painter

  1. Begin by clicking on the Landscape tool in Cities: Skylines 2.

  2. Press the Tab key to open the Developer UI tools.

  3. Navigate to Simulation in the UI menu.

  4. Under Active tool Type, choose Select Next.

  5. You can now paint and remove Oil, Ore, Fertilized, and Ground Water using the selected tool.
